Learn the techniques behind creating fresh pasta from scratch, discover the stories and traditions that surround it, and enjoy the satisfaction of sharing a meal made with your own hands.

 

Each class offers a unique opportunity to connect with Italian cuisine, learn timeless techniques, and experience the joy of gathering around the table.

 

Classes will resume in 2027 and scheduled for every last Tuesday or Wednesday of the month.  The class will proceed with a minimum of five participants.  Tickets will be available soon for 2027 classes!
